摘要
目的探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的高频声像图特征。方法回顾性分析15例经手术、病理证实为浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声表现。结果浆细胞性乳腺炎大多表现为低回声、囊实性团块,外形不规则,无包膜回声,均有血流信号检出。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎高频声像图部分具有特征性表现,诊断符合率高,但部分表现不典型,较易误诊。通过总结分析诊断率有望进一步提高。
Objective To evaluate the role of high frequence ultrasonography in the diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis (PCM).Methods The ultrasonographic features of PCM confirmed by surgery and pathology in 15 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The lesions of PCM mostly presented as hypoechoic cystic solid mass,irregular boundary without a capsule,in which the detective rate of the blood flow was 100 % .Conclusion Part of PCM imagings are typical so that the diagnostic accuracy corresponding to pathology is very high but some imagings are atypical so that PCM is easily misdiagnosed.Carefully summarize and analyze the experience shall be helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of PCM. [
