摘要
目的探讨CT对纵隔肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对83例临床病理证实的纵隔肿瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析,依据六分区法划定肿瘤部位,结合密度判定肿瘤的性质来源。结果a)不同质地的纵隔肿瘤有其好发部位及特征性CT表现。b)CT检查对纵隔肿瘤的显示明显优于常规X线检查。结论CT检查对纵隔肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值,多数肿瘤结合临床和CT扫描可做出明确诊断。
Objective To assess the value of CT for diagnosing the mediastinal tumors (MT).Methods CT findings of 83 cases with MT were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were confirmed by surgery or biopsy.The sites of MT were found in six areas of mediastinum.Results Various MT each has its common sites and special CT signs.The value of CT for diagnosing MT was significantly superior to X- ray.Conclusion CT has high value in the diagnosis of MT, most cases may be correctly diagnosed with CT.Enhanced CT is helpful in the differential diagnosis.
