摘要
分析交流主轴电机由于逆度器供电、矢量控制及宽广的调速范围对电机性能的影响,提出电动机与逆变器的匹配关系、额定电压的正确选择、参数特征等的设计原则。介绍了考虑逆变器输出电压中主要谐波含量时交流主轴电机的设计方法,并通过试制样机得以验证。
This paper analyses the effects made by inverter-fed,vector control and wide range of variable-speed on Ac spindle motors, performance, provides the design principles which consider matching relations between motor and inverter,correct selection of rated voltage and parameters characteristic. It introduces a method, using in design of AC opindle motor,which takes account of major harmonic component of output voltage. This method has been examined by developing model motors.
