摘要
从１９９３年开始对连平县、三水和顺德市华支睾感染者用阿苯哒唑驱虫糖（０．２ｇ／粒）进行普治．分每次１粒，Ｂｉｄ连服７ｄ的疗程组和每次２粒Ｂｉｄ，连服３天半的疗程组给药，治疗一个月后复查４１８例，虫卵阴转率８９．５％，７ｄ疗程组阴转率（９３．１％－２６８／２８８）高于３天半疗程组（８１．５％－１０６／１３０），前者疗效防感染度增加而减低．该药糖毒副作用小，价廉、味甜，群众乐于服食，适于大规模的普治。
