摘要
测定４２例癫痫患儿血中必需微量元素及有害元素，对其含量变化与临床症状间的关系进行分析研究，表明人体内微量元素失衡对本病的发生发展起重要作用．
The serum contents of trace element lead,cadmium,zinc, iron,copper, calcium, manganese were analysed in children with epilepsy.Compared with control groups in good health,levels of essential trace element zine,iron,calcium decreased obviously (P<0. 001 ),levels of manganese also decreased but copper increased (the defference was not significent ).However,levels of harmful trace element lead,cadmium were obviously higher than that in control groups in good health.The result suggested that trace element in body play a important role in pathogenesis of epilepsy in children.
