摘要
在初步研究的基础上,进一步研究了不同产地巴戟天的无机元素含量差异.通过对比各元素含量、相关系数及TE图谱,说明地道药材与非地道药材的巴戟天,其特征元素的含量存在非常明显的差异.要使大面积扩种的药材提高药效,建议根据当地土壤含Mn、Fe、Cr、Co、Ni的含量,以施微量元素肥料的方法来补充这些元素在土壤中的不足.但在微量元素肥料配方中,应注意巴戟天吸收土壤中的元素时的协同作用和拮抗作用.
This is a further study on the differences in the inorganic elemental content of Morinda officinalis How of different origins. By comparing each elemental content of Morinda officinalis How of different origins. its calculated factors of the relative coeffient, and the drawing of the TE graph. it is manifested that there exists notable variance in the characteristic elemental content between the genuine herb and the ungenuine one. So in order to increase the medical efficiency of Morinda officinalis How planted in large area. it is advised to employ trace element fertilizer to supplement the insufficiency of trace elements in soil according to the content of Mn, Fe.Cr, Co and Ni in it. However, for the compounding of trace elements fertilizer, the coordinating effect and resisting effect while Morinda officinalis How absorbing elements in the soil should be noticed.
