摘要
测定了育龄妇女４２例，不孕妇女４８例，上不锈钢金属圆环避孕妇女１２例的宫颈粘液中微量元素铜，结果如下：正常组铜０．１８±０．２２ｍｇ／Ｌ，不孕组０．６５±１．１４ｍｇ／Ｌ，上金属圆环组０．２８±０．２８ｍｇ／Ｌ．所得数值表明：不孕组宫颈粘液铜离子的含量明显高于正常育龄妇女组，差别有极显著意义，Ｐ＜０．０１．采用不锈钢金属环避孕妇女组与正常育龄妇女比较，无显著差异，Ｐ＞０．０５。
