摘要
利用Ｆｅ２＋与邻二氮菲生成红色络合物的原理，用比色法测定了血宝中硫酸亚铁的含量．由于血宝本身带有颜色，笔者采用活性炭进行脱色处理，效果很好，并对其它实验条件作了探讨．结果准确，方法简便，可作为血宝的质量控制方法，加以推广运用。
In this paper.the contents of ferrous salphate contained in“Xuebo”capsule were determined by colorimetric method.This paper provides a method for quality control of“Xuebao”capsule.
