摘要
研究了大鼠冷暴露1~6周,红细胞膜(Na,K)-ATPase及细胞内Na的变化,结果表明在整个冷暴露期间,红细胞膜(Na,K)-ATPase酸及细胞内Na/K比值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞膜(Na,K)-ATPase酶与细胞内Na比值间有明显的相关性(γ=0.917),提示借助于钠泵的离子运输是冷适应细胞产热的主要机制。
In this study, the sodium and potassium adenosine triphatase (Na, K-ATPase) in everythrocyte, and electrolyte content of sodium and potassium in red blood cells were measured for rats exposed to cold from 1 to 6 weeks. The results show that ATPase activtise in the erythrocyte membrane, and sodium, potassium in red blood cells were significantly higher than that of control group at all the process (P < 0. 05). An apparent correlation was noted between the Na, K-ATPase activities in the erythrocyte membrane and Na/K in blood cells (γ= 0. 917). It indicats that Na transport by means of cell membrane Na pump is a major-mechanism for increasing the thermoregulatory nonshivering thermogenesis in the rat.
