摘要
采用束转动９０°非稳腔（ＵＫ９０）将是获取低增益高功率激光器良好光束质量的极有效方法。用矩阵法对理想准直的ＵＫ９０作了模型分析计算，为其基本参数的设计提供了方法。
Using unstable resonator with 90°beam rotation will be the most available method to obtain excellant beam quality for low gain high power laser.In this paper, model analysis and calculation are presented via matrix method for a perfectly aligned UR90, and the method to design its characteristic parameters is given.
