摘要
本文对ND─5型内燃机车气缸套内表面的擦伤进行了激光修复可行性的研究。结果表明,采用激光熔敷(预敷合金粉末)或激光熔融(不预敷合金粉末)工艺修复缸套的擦伤切实可行。熔敷层或熔融层表面平整,堆高小,硬度满足要求,热影响区和变形小。
This paper studies the possibility of laser repairing the scratched cylinder sleeve of ND─5 diesel locomotive. the results show that it is practicable to repair the scratched cylinder sleeve by laser coat melting or laser melting with smooth surfaces, required hardness, small deformation and HAZ.
