摘要
应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对４４例高血压病患者进行舒张功能测定。结果表明，高血压患者舒张功能指标异常与正常组对照有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），经回归分析，证明左室舒张功能损害主要是血压升高和左室肥厚。本文对二尖瓣多普勒频谱分型及舒张功能损害的可能发生机理进行了讨论。
Pulsed doppler
echocardiography was used to study mitral flowvenlocity for evaluating left ventricular diastolic
function in patients withsystemic hypertension. The result indicated that the indexes of left
ventric-uler diastolic function in patients were significantly different from nor-mal values
(P<0.01).The imapired left ventricular diastolic function is as-sociated mainly with the
magintude of hypertension and hypertrophy. Themitral flow velocity in patients may be divided
into three patterns,thesignificance of this division and the possible mechanism of impaired
leftventriculer diastolic function in patients with systemic hypertension arediscussed.
