自蔓燃陶瓷衬管的绝热温度和应力研究

Study on Adiabatic Temperature and Residual Stress of Ceramic-lined Pipe by Centrifugal-SHS Process

摘要 绘制了初温—稀释剂量—绝热温度的关系图,测量了过渡层和陶瓷层剥除后在钢管外表面产生的应变变化,推断出各层的应力状态,并估计了过渡层和陶瓷层间的残余应力。 Abstract Relationship graph of preheating temperature - diluent arnount adiabatci temperature is drawn. Changes of strain of exterior surface of the composite pipe is measured after the removal of ceramic and transition layer. Thus .State of residual stress distribution of each layer is deduced, and values of residual stress between transition layer and ceramic layer and of the interior ceramic layer are estimated.
