摘要
500W连续型YAG固体激光加工机研制成功,应用于汽车发动机气缸及缸套的淬火处理,经发动机气缸缸套模拟磨损台架试验及行车试验,激光用于气缸(缸套)淬火性能可靠。YAG激光加工机具有结构紧凑、操作方便、设备价格低及占地面积小等一系列优点,为它的推广使用开辟了广阔的前景。
The YAG solid laser machine, 500W continuance, is deve loped and applied to quench the engine cylinders and cylinder jackets of the automobiles .The platform wear simulated test and driving test shows that the properties of the laser quenched cylinders (cylinder jackets ) are reliable .The YAG laser machine has adyantages of structure compact,opera tion easy, price low and land occupation small etc.Which opens the broad prospects of it's application and dissemination
