摘要
针对胜利油田钻水平井对钻井液的特殊要求,用泡沫流体试验装置,在室内摸拟了不同的流体、流态,研完了不同井斜角对岩屑返速的影响,提出了水平井钻井液应具有良好的悬浮性、触变性、合适的动切力及足够大的环空返速。埕科1井的钻井实践证明:该井所用的SN-1钻井液,基本满足了水平井段的携岩洗井、润滑防卡和井眼稳定的要求,顺利地钻成了这口井斜93.25°、水平井段长505m的水平探井,并获得了高产油气流。
Chengke-1 well is a prospecting well with a extended horizontal depth of 505 meters and hole angle of 93.26 degrees. The influence of hole angle on cuttings transportation was studied by aerated fluid test simulator. SN-1 is a oil-in-water drilling fluid,which oil is mineral oil. Using SN-1 drilling fluid can satisfy the needs of cuttings removal,lubrication,and hole stabilization.
