摘要
稠油层的油层保护技术,是提高该类油藏开发效果的一项重要内容。辽河油田针对高升等地区稠油层原油物性差,砂岩胶结差,所含粘土矿物以蒙脱石为主的条件,经岩心流动试验认为:该稠油层水敏性属弱-强,流速敏感性为弱-中等,地层酸溶物含量偏高,针对不同完井方式,优选了钻稠油层的钻井液体系,其中对先期防砂井有四种(“CAC”无膨润土钻井液,JHY油溶性树脂钻井液,卤水无固相钻井液及“ASC”充气钻井液);常规完井方式的井,采用低固相优质钻井液和凹凸棒石抗盐土钻井液,对提高该地区桐油层的开发效果起到了显著作用。
How to protect viscous oil reservoir is very important. to its production. Both the physical properties of the viscous oil in Gaosheng area of Liaohe oilfield and the sandstone cementing are poor. The major component of the clay is montmorillonite. Core experiments indicate that the water sensitivity of the reservoir is a little low,the sensitivity of fluid velocity is low to middle and the acidsoluble component is high. Different drilling fluid systems are optimized for different ways of completion. For the premature sand prevention there are 4 systems:CAC bentonite-free,JHY oil-soluble resin,magnesium chloride ’solid-free and "ASC" aerated. For the normal completion there are low-solid high quality and attapulgite.
