摘要
在以膨润土为基本原料所配制的泥浆中，加入适量的添加剂，研制成了不分散体系Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ号配浆剂。室内对这类配浆剂的水化时间、基本性能、抑制性、抗盐、抗温和对其它处理剂的配伍性，进行了试验研究，证明均能满足实际需要。现场应用结果表明，配浆剂不仅能保证泥浆性能的稳定，而且能大大减轻现场配浆的劳动强度，尤其适合于不造浆井段及深井使用。
Bentonite and additives blend for field preparation of non-despersed mud is developed. The laboratory experiments show that its hydration time, properties, inhibition, salt resistance,heat stability and compatibility with other treatment agents are satisfactory. Its use result indicates that the drilling fluid made from this blend has stable properties. It is most suitable for water sensitive formations and deep wells.
