摘要
本文用神经组化和免疫组化方法,对32例新生儿肺的神经分布进行了系统地观察,并讨论其分布特点.实验表明,新生儿肺受胆碱能、肾上腺素能和血管活性肠肽(VIP)能神经支配.前两种神经纤维从支气管一直追踪到终末细支气管.VIP 能神经纤维布于肺内支气管平滑肌和腺体,分布密度与胆碱能神经纤维大致相同,但远比肾上腺素能神经纤维丰富.新生儿肺内,胆碱能神经节得到证实,但未观察到肾上腺素能和 VIP 能神经节.
Using neurohistochemical and immunohistochemical methods,we studied the innervation of 32 neonate lungs.It was found that besides adrenergic and cholinergic innervation,there was also vasoactive intestinal polypeptidergic (VIP) innervation in the neonate lungs,Cholinergic and adrenergic nerve fibers were found to run from the bronchi to terminal bronchioles.VIP like immunoreactive nerve fibers supplied to the bronchial muscle and glands.In the bronchial muscle and glands,the density of VIP like immunoreactive nerve fibers was similar to that of cholinergic nerve fibers,and much more abundant than that of adrenergic nerve fibers.In the neonate lungs,cholinergic ganglia were demonstrated,but no adrenergic ganglion or VIP immunoreactive positive ganglion was observed.In present study the innervation of the neonate lungs is discussed.
