The Developing Situation of the Extreme Pressure and Antiwear Additives for Grease

摘要 本文综述了润滑脂极压抗磨添加剂的发展现状及其最近的研究和开发动向,阐述了两种或两种以上极压抗磨添加剂的复合效应,并且提出了当前值得注意的几个重要的研究内容。 The developing state and research trends of extreme pressure and antiwear additives for grease were reviewed in this paper, and elucidated the composite effects of two and more extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. Several research subjects are suggested as follows: a. Synthesis of the extreme pressure and antiwear additives with new molecular structure. b. The combining properties of different extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. c. Interactions between extreme pressure and antiwear additives and other kinds of additive (such as dispersant and anticorrosive agent) . d. The effects of the extreme pressure and antiwear additives on the densifier and structure of grease. e. The effects of extreme pressure and antiwear additive on different properties of grease (mechanical stability, corrosiveness, drop point and so on) .
