摘要
目的 观察针刺对感音神经性耳聋、耳呜的疗效。方法 严格筛选感音神经性耳聋(sensorineural hearing loss,SNHL)患者154例188耳,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组按中医辨证论治取穴,进行针刺治疗;对照组给予西药静脉滴注。结果 治疗组总有效率达52.1％,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.005)。尤其对于轻度耳聋患者的疗效显著,有效率达88.9％;对中、重度聋患者疗效相似,有效率分别为47.5％和48.9％。结论 根据中医辨证论治取穴,针刺对于SNHL患者有显著的临床效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL) and tinnitus. Methods 154 cases (188 ears) with SNHL were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. treating group (TG) treated by acupuncture in a way to select acu-points on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment and controlling one (CG) treated by routine drugs given intravenously. Results The total effective rate was 52. 1% for TG, with a significant difference (P<0. 05) when compared with that of CG. Especially, this rate was 88. 9% for those with mild degree of SNHL in TG. However, it was 47. 5% and 48. 9% for those with moderate and severe degrees of SNHL in TG respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy holds significant therapeutic effect on SNHL, based on the acupoints selecting principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
