丙型肝炎病毒感染对脂类代谢的影响

摘要 0 引言 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)是导致经血传播的非甲非乙型肝炎(NANBH)的主要病原.其特征为较高的慢性化(70%以上)、持续感染,可导致肝癌、肝硬化及自身免疫性疾病[1].现在,越来越多的学者对HCV与脂代谢关系更感兴趣,这主要基于两个原因.一个是除了代谢性、酒精性等因素引起肝脂肪变性外,HCV是引起肝脂肪变性的重要因素.另一个是虽然HCV进入肝细胞的机制不十分清楚,但很多研究表明,低密度脂蛋白受体(LDL-R)是穿膜蛋白分子,或作为HCV的受体、或作为桥梁对HCV进入肝细胞起重要作用[2].
