摘要
目的 :探讨胰腺囊腺癌的CT表现特征 ,以提高其诊断准确性。方法 :回顾分析 9例经手术病理 /或经CT引导下穿刺活检证实的胰腺囊腺癌的临床资料和CT征象。结果 :9例胰腺囊腺癌均呈多发囊状改变 ,且囊的大小不等 ,每例最大囊的直径均大于 2 .5cm ,囊壁厚薄不均 ,有乳头状结节突入囊腔 8例 ,囊内有分隔 5例 ,囊壁点状 ,弧形钙化 4例 ,囊壁和实性部分中等增强 ,CT值升高 15～ 37Hu。结论 :胰腺囊腺癌CT表现有一定特征 ,表现典型者可做出明确诊断。
Objective:To describe the CT findings of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma and improve diagnosis accuracy of the disease.Methods:[WT5”BZ]Nine cases of pathologically proven pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively in clinical fearures and CT findings.Results:All the cases appeared as multiple cystic lesions,the size of lesions was various and the maximum size of cystic lesions in each case was larger than 2.5cm in diameter.Irregular thickness wall were seen.Papillary projections of the inner wall were found in 8 cases,internal septations were found in 5,punctate and circular calcifications of the cystic wall were found in 4,the cyst wall and solid part of lesions were moderately enhanced,with CT value increasing by 15～37Hu.Conclusion:The diagnosis of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma can be made depend on the characteristics CT findings.
