摘要
农业产业化作为一种新的农业经营方式,它的发展要受到思想观念、经济体制、资金、农业科技、农村劳动者素质等诸多因素的影响。在众多的影响因素中,劳动者素质堪称最为关键性的因素,它不但影响着人们思想观念的更新,经济体制的运行及科技进步,又影响着资金的利用和环境的改造及营造。因此,它成为这些因素中的基础性因素。从这个意义上说,农村劳动者素质是影响农业产业化发展的关键。
The industrialization of agriculture is a new producing pattern, whereas the development of agricultural industrialization is hindered by many elements such as ideas,economic system,science and technology,fund,environment and the quality of rural laborers.Among them the key hindering factor is the quality of rural laborers.Wich influences not only the refreshment of ideas,the ongoing of economic system and scientific advancement,but also the using of fund and the change of environment.Therefore,it becomes the basic element among all the elements that it is the key element in the development of agricultural industrialization.
