摘要
从催化重整装置各部分的工艺特点入手,分析了装置各部分管道的腐蚀特点及腐蚀机理,给出了重整装置原料预处理(预分馏、预加氢)、催化重整反应、催化剂再生(对连续重整装置而言)等各部分管道的选材依据和典型材料;分析了腐蚀及腐蚀产物对装置正常运行带来的负面影响。
Based upon the process characteristics of different sections of the catalytic reformer, the corrosion features and corrosion mechanisms of piping system of each section is analyzed, the basis of material selection for the piping of pre - treatment section (pre -fractiona-tion, pre - hydrogenation), reforming reaction section and catalyst regeneration section etc is proposed and the negative impact of corrosion and corrosion product on the normal operation of the unit is discussed.
