摘要
近年,我国农民收入增长缓慢,主要受制于广大农村单一的产业结构、农村现代化和城市化进程缓慢、非产业化经营等因素。根据我国农业发展的特点,优化农村经济结构、提高农业产业化水平、发展农村市场体系、加快小城镇建设的步伐,是深化农村经济改革,不断提高农民收入的主要途径。
In recent years,the incomes of Chinese farmers grow slowly,it subjects to such factors as the single industrial stracture,the slowdown processes in rural modernization and urbanization,nonindustrial operations.According to the properties of agriculturial development in China,optimizing rural economic stracture,improving the level of agriculturial industrialization,developing rural maket systems,speeding up the pace of urbanization,all are the main channels in deepening the reforms in rural economy and in constantly raising farmer's incomes.
