摘要
政治文明离不开政治文化。无论从微观上提高公民个体的政治素质,还是从宏观上转变整个国民的政治价值观,开启民智、民悟,政治文化都为政治文明提供了主体保证。中国政治文化历来就是一种“道德型政治文化”,政治生活附属于社会生活和伦理生活,后者的展开便是前者的实现。对建设社会主义政治文明中的中国政治文化来说,当务之急是形成新的价值系统:借鉴人类政治文明的有益成果,构建与社会主义市场经济相适应、与社会主义法律规范相协调、与中华民族传统美德相承接的社会主义政治文化体系;把坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国相统一作为当代中国政治文化的基本内客;把弘扬和培育民族精神作为文化建设极为重要的任务,切实铸造文化价值核心。
The political civilization can not do without political culture.The political cultures offered subject guarantee for political civilization,raise citizen the political calibers of individual from microcosmic and change the political valueses of the whole people from macroscopic,open the people intelligently,the people's realization.Political cultures always a kind of 'political cultures with morals type s' in China,political life was attached to social life and ethics life.The latter expansion is the former's realization.The task of top priority is to torm the new value system to the political culture of China during the course of building the political civilization of socialism: Draw lessons from the helpful achievement of mankind's political civilization,Structure the socialism political cultural system that in conformity with socialism market economy,coordinating with socialist legal norms,join with Chinese nation traditional virtue,put insisting on the leadship of the party,people master one's own affairs and running the country according to law in unison as the basic contents of the political cultures in contemporary China.Regard carrying forward and cultivating national spirit as the extremely important task in the course of the cultural construction,casting cultural value core practically.
