摘要
自丘陵油田投入开发以来 ,井斜问题一直困扰着丘陵油田的钻井速度 ,采用吊打的方法不仅钻压得不到解放 ,同时井身质量仍难以控制 ,井斜超标、螺杆纠斜、填井侧钻的现象时有发生 ,导致钻井成本居高不下 ,钻井速度也未能取得大的突破。采用与四川克锐达公司共同研究选定的 2 1 5 9BX5 36新型PDC钻头 ,收到了良好效果。
During developing the Qiuling Oilfield,hole deviation effected drilling speed all the time.By using the method of fanning bottom,not only WOB can't obtain release,but also the hole quality can't be controled.The paper introduces the structure feaures of 216 BX536 Bit and its field application in Qiuling Oilfield.Application results show that the hole deviation control and drilling speed obtain great improvement and get better effect.
