摘要
目的:了解肠造口患者的自我形象与社会支持情况及相互关系。方法:对直肠癌肠造口术后患者68例进行一般资料、自我形象和社会支持量表问卷调查。结果:48.49%的患者自我形象得分较低;72.64%的患者的社会支持得分在中等水平,只有27.36%患者得到较高的社会支持。结论:肠造口术后患者的自我形象与社会支持呈正相关关系;肠造口术后患者的良好的社会支持可以提高自我形象的感受。
AIM:To study the relationship between self image and social support in patients with enterostomy. METHODS:Rectal cancer of 68 patients with enterostomy was evaluated with general condition,self image and social support by questionnaire. RESULTS:48.49 %had low score for self image and 72.64%had middling score for social support,only 27.36%had high score for social support. CONCLUSION:Self image and social support are positive correlation in patients with enterostomy.The good social support can increase the feeling of self image.
