摘要
依照美国经济学家宇泽(Uzawa)动态规划方法,研究环境负效应对一国福利动态的影响。基本模型中推导了开放度边际值的动态方程。通过考察环境负效应对一国经济的长期影响,表明环境负效应长期增加会使均衡点的资本存量增加,同时会增加均衡点的消费水平。同时还研究了开放经济中由引资所产生的环境负效应对福利的影响,证明由引资行为导致的环境负效应对消费具有挤出效应。
This paper applies Uzawa's(1961,1968) way to construct the theory to which dynamic programming is applicable in order to analyse welfare dynamic the condition under the influence of negative environment utility (NEU) of globalization.We make a study on decided path of long-run effect on economy under NEU.The main finding can be summarized as:in the long-run,increasing NEU will enlarge physical capital and consumption at equilibrium point.We proved that NEU caused by capital import has increasing effect on consumption.
