摘要
利用等离子发射光谱仪和FACScan流式细胞仪分析技术,检测了长江口北槽拦门沙河段14个站位的水样,结果表明,重金属元素在最大浑浊带区域呈峰值变化,其分布变化受控于河口宏观动力过程,同时也受到固液界面过程的显著影响;FITC(异硫氰酸荧光素)染色分析表明,78%~96%的悬浮颗粒物的表面覆盖有生物有机质其分布具有一定的不均匀性。
During the spring tide on January 3rd, 1999, samples have been taken from 14 stations of the North Section in Changjiang River estuary and ana lyzed by using ICP and FACScan flow cytometer. The results showed as follows: the peak value distribution of some heavy metals in maximum tur bidity were controlled by the estuarine hydrody namic process, and also affected by reactions of the solid liquid interface. The Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) analysis showed that 78% - 96% of suspended particles were covered by bioorganic matters with a nonuniform distribution.
