摘要
目的 :观察低分子肝素钙联合小剂量尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (unstableanginapectoris ,UAP)的临床疗效。方法 :将 78例UAP患者随机分为两组 ,对照组 3 9例 ,给予常规治疗 ;治疗组 3 9例 ,在常规治疗的基础上给予低分子肝素钙联合小剂量尿激酶治疗 ,比较两组的临床和心电图疗效。结果 :治疗组的临床总有效率和心电图总有效率分别为 92 3 1和 84 62 % ,对照组分别为 69 2 3 %和 5 8 97% ,两组间疗效比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :低分子肝素钙联合小剂量尿激酶治疗UAP疗效好 ,不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of low_molecular_weight heparin(LMWH) calcium and low dose urokinase(UK) on unstable angina pectoris.Methods: 78 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) were randomly divided into two groups.39 patients in control group were treated with conventional medicine;39 patients in treatment group were treated by combined treatment of conventional medicine and LMWH and low dose UK.To compare the clinical and electrocardiographic effectiveness between two groups.Results: The total effective rate of clinic and electrocardiogram(ECG) in treatment group were 92.31% and 84.62% respectively;those in control group were 69.23% and 58.97%.There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: The combined treatment of conventional medicine with LMWH and low dose UK is effective in the treatment of UAP,with less side effects.
