摘要
目的 :探讨P2 7、cyclinE和ki 67蛋白在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用 ,了解其在人骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中的表达。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测了 3 0例骨肉瘤和 10例骨软骨瘤中P2 7、cyclinE和ki_67蛋白的表达情况。结果 :P2 7蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中阳性表达率分别为 3 3 3 3 %和 80 0 0 % ,二者差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5 )。P2 7蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中表达强度的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。cyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中阳性表达率分别为 93 3 3 %和 3 0 0 0 % ,二者相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。cyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中表达强度的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。ki 67蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中阳性表达率分别为66 67%和 10 0 0 % ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。ki 67蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中表达强度的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。P2 7和cyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达强度呈显著负相关 (rs=-0 43 2 ,P <0 0 5 )。P2 7蛋白表达强度与ki 67表达强度之间无相关性 (rs=-0 0 3 4,P >0 0 5 )。cyclinE蛋白表达强度与ki_67蛋白表达强度之间呈显著正相关 (rs=0 64l,P <0 0 1)。结论 :P2 7蛋白在骨肉瘤中呈低表达 ,cyclinE和ki 67蛋白在骨肉瘤中均为高表达 ,三者与骨肉瘤发生。
Objective: To evaluate the expression of P27, ki_67 and cyclinE proteins in carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma. Methods: S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect expression of P27, ki-67 and cyclinE proteins in 30 cases of osteosarcoma and 10 cases of osteochondroma.Results: The positive rate of P27 protein was 33.33% in osteosarcoma and 80.00% in osteochondroma, there was significant difference (P<0.05 ) between them. There was significant difference (P<0.05 ) in staining intensity of P27 protein between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma. The positive rate of cyclinE protein was 93.33% in osteosarcoma and 30.00% in osteochondroma, there was significant difference (P<0.05 ) between them. There was significant difference (P<0.05 ) in staining intensity of cyclinE protein between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma. The positive rate of ki-67 protein was 66.67% in osteosarcoma and 10.00% in osteochondroma, there was significant difference between them (P<0.01).There was significant difference (P<0.05 ) in staining intensity of ki-67 protein between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma.There was negative correlation in staining intensity between P27 and cyclinE proteins in osteosarcoma (r s -0.432, P<0.05 ) . There was no correlation in staining intensity between P27 and ki-67 proteins in osteosarcoma(r s -0.034,P>0.05 ).There was positive correlation in staining intensity between cyclinE and ki-67 proteins in osteosarcoma (r s 0.641 P<0.05 ) . Conclusion: The expression of P27 is lower and that of cyclinE and ki-67 is higher in osteosarcoma. It is suggested that P27,cyclinE and ki-67 proteins may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma.
