摘要
目的 评价伤害对患者家庭造成的负担 ,分析家庭负担的影响因素。方法 利用家庭负担会谈量表 (fami lyburdenscaleofdiseases ,FBS)对 155名伤害患者的家庭功能和家庭负担进行测量和分析。结果 患者患病前后APGAR问卷得分和FBS问卷得分差异均有显著性意义 ,伤害在家庭经济、家庭日常生活、家庭休闲娱乐等维度造成的负担较大 ,家庭负担的大小受家庭成员的性别、文化程度影响。结论 伤害对患者家庭造成多维度的影响 ,并造成家庭功能的障碍。
Objective To evaluate the family burden of injured patients and analyze the influencing fa ctors. Methods By using family burden scale of diseases (FBS), the fam ily function and burden of 155 injured patients were measured and analyzed. Results The scores of APGAR or FBS questionnaire that patients attained before and after injury showed significant difference. Injury produced more burden in some dimensionalities such as family economy, routine life and fa mily entertainment etc, and the degree of family burden was influenced by sex an d education level of family members. Conclusion Injury influences the family of patients in multipha se and precludes the family function.
