摘要
目的 探讨对侵及翼腭窝、颞下窝等处的巨大鼻咽纤维血管瘤的改良面正中掀翻手术方法。方法 回顾分析 8例鼻咽外受侵巨大鼻咽纤维血管瘤的改良面正中掀翻术。结果 8例患者术后伤口均愈合好 ,面部无畸形 ,鼻腔通气好 ,1例张口稍受限。结论 改良面正中掀翻术是治疗巨大鼻咽纤维血管瘤的一种很好的术式 ,具有面部无切口。
Objective To investigate reformative midfacial deglove operation excising huge nasopharyng eal angiofibroma which has extend into pterygopalatina fossa or infratemporal fo ssa. Method The clinical data of 8 typical cases who were subjected to the reformative midfacial deglove operation were analyzed retrospectively. Result The wound of all cases recovered well without facial de formity. No nasal obstruction occurred. The yawn function of one case was confin ed after the operation. Conclusion Reformative midfacial deglove operation is a good ap proach to cure huge nasopharyngeal angiofibroma extending out of nasopharynx, w hich has no incision in the face, and it can offer excellent exposure as well.
