摘要
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 将 1 2 0例慢性盆腔炎患者分为两组 ,即西药 (头孢三嗪 +甲硝唑 ) +中药保留灌肠 6 0例 ,单纯使用西药 6 0例 ,比较两组疗效。结果 中西医结合组总有效率 91 .6 7% ;西医组总有效率6 3.33%。两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效较好 ,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the strategy combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods One hundred cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups,60 cases were treated with the combination of ceftriazone,metronidazol and traditional Chinese medicine,and another 60 cases were treated with ceftriazone and metronidazol,the effects on the two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate was 91.67% in the combination group;total effective rate was 63.33% in the ceftriazone group;and the differences were significant( P <0.01).Conclusion It may obtain better clinical effects on combining the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
