摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤患者放化疗前后血清蛋白组分的变化及意义。方法 采用法国sebia电泳仪对标本进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳、扫描 ,确定各组分比例。结果 放化疗肿瘤患者血清蛋白各区带蛋白与正常对照组相比较 ,都发生了变化 ;肿瘤患者放化疗前后血清蛋白电泳比较 ,各组分也发生了变化 ,除γ区发生明显变化 (P <0 .0 1 )外 ,其余变化不明显。结论 对放化疗肿瘤患者血清蛋白电泳变化的观察有利于对患者的临床治疗、疗效判断和患者身体状况提供参考。
Object To detect the change and significance of the serum protein of the tumor patients before and after actinotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods The serum samples have been analyzed with Agarose gel by sebia electrophoresis apparatus made in France.After electrophoresis we scanned the film to find the proportion of the serum protein.Results Compared with common group,the serum protein of the tumor patients showed differences.Among these differences ALB and γ protein had a significant differences( P <0.01);meanwhile we contrasted the change of the serum protein of tumor patients before and behind treatment.We also found the serum protein had a change,but except that γ protein had a very significant difference,other serum proteins did′t have many differences.Conclusion It indicated that the serum protein of the tumor patients detection was worth while for clinic treatment and evaluating clinical result of the tumor patients,we also can evaluate the patient′s conditions with it.
