摘要
利率政策是宏观经济政策的重要组成部分,是中央银行调节经济的主要工具之一。本文剖析美日利率政策的应用特征及效果,并阐明其对我国的启示。
Interest rate policy is an important part of macroeconomic policies, and one of important tools the central bank utilizes to adjust economy. In this paper, implementation of the interest rate policies in USA and Japan and its result are analyzed, and the enlightenment to that in China is expounded.
