摘要
介绍了福建省南平市在实践"三个代表"重要思想、优化配置政府管理资源、有效整合科技力量、沟通传统农业与市场经济方面所进行的积极探索,并就其做法与成效进行理论分析。
It is reviewed that in Nanping, Fujian, an exploration has been carried on to practise the 'Three Represents' theory, optimize deployment of goverments' management resource, effectively integrate scientific and technological power and adapt traditional agriculture to market economy. Meanwhile the methods and achievements are analyzed theoretically.
