摘要
产权不是一种纯粹法律的或经济的抽象 ,而是充斥着历史、社会因素的现实存在物。国家在产权体系中有中心地位。中国民族资本主义企业的社会主义改造经历了不同的阶段。私营企业H厂在社会主义改造这一产权变化过程中 ,国家发挥了巨大的作用。产权制度变迁背后的动力是国家的权力。这样的一种变迁实际上可视为产权制度的一种政治重构。
Property right is not a pure legal or economic abstract term, but a reality with historical and social elements. The state has the central power to control the property right. Socialist transformation of Chinese national capitalist enterprises had different stages. The state played a significant role in the process of socialist transformation of private enterprises and the state power was rightly behind the system transformation of property right. As a matter of fact, this transformation was political reconstruction of property right.
