基于专家模糊PID自适应的回转窑温度控制系统 被引量:7

A TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ROTARY KILN BASED ON EXPERT-FUZZY PID SELF-ADAPTATION

摘要 回转窑温度的准确控制是保证钼精矿焙烧质量的技术关键。为解决回转窑温度控制超调量大、调节时间长等问题,本文提出了基于专家模糊PID自适应的窑温控制方法,阐述了控制回路的设计原则、控制原理及构成。这种控制方法获得了较好的跟踪能力和控制精度,使钼精矿焙烧的合格率提高了5 5%,经济效益显著。 Accurate control of rotary kiln's temperature is a key technique for ensuring the quality of molybdenum concentrate calcine.In order to solve such problems as over span adjustment of rotary kiln's temperature and prolonged adjustment time,a temperature control system for rotary kiln based on Expert-Fuzzy PID Self-adaptation is put forward.In this paper,the design principle,control method and composition of this system are expounded.A fair follow-up capacity and control accuracy have been achieved with this system,thus increasing the percentage of qualified molybdenum concentrate calcine by 5.5% and obtaining a good economical benefit.
