摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了LaGa_xMn_(1-x)O_3体系钙钛矿型复合氧化物,以XRD,IR,XPS等手段对其进行表征,研究了镓掺入B位对其性质的影响。结果表明,x≤0.7的样品均生成单一钙钛矿相;镓的掺入对Mn—O键合作用有较大影响,而且影响到样品表面组成、氧空位数及Mn^(4+)离子含量等。
Perovskite-type LaGaxMn1-xO3 oxides were prepared by sol-gel method,using EDTA as complex agent, and characterized by XRD,IR and XPS. The effects of Ga3+ substituting into B-sites on their properties were investigated. The results reveal that, when x≤0. 7, LaGaxMn1-xO3 has the pure per-ovskite-type structure. The Ga3+ substitution leads to the change of the covalency of Mn-O bond,and affects the surface composition,oxygen vacancies and Mn4+ content of the samples.
