摘要
复方过氧乙酸消毒剂系由过氧乙酸与二氯二甲基海因复合而成,为了解其杀菌效果及协同作用,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,在25℃下作用15 min复方过氧乙酸消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达100％;500mg/L过氧乙酸或300mg/L有效氯单一成分对其杀灭率分别为99.94％、97.82％。有机物对恢复方消毒剂杀菌效果有一定影响。结果显示,过氧乙酸与二氯二甲基海因具有协同杀菌作用。
Compound disinfectant of peracetic acid is composed of peracetic acid and dichlorodimethyl hydantoin. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and synergic action, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that at 25 癈, the compound disinfectant of peracetic acid with a 15 min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The single ingredient 500 mg/ L peracetic acid or dichlorodimethyl hydantoin containing available chlorine 300 mg/ L could kill 99.94% and 97.82% of the spores respectively. Organic substance had certain influence on the germicidal efficacy of this compound disinfectant. The results indicated that peracetic acid and dichlorodimethyl hydantoin had synergic germicidal action.
