摘要
当前乡镇干部不安心乡镇工作的问题较为突出。为了充分调动广大乡镇干部工作的积极性、主动性,必须着力建立稳定人心、促进发展的长效管理机制。我们认为,促进乡镇干部事业发展是建立长效管理机制的中心任务,建立科学的评判机制是建立长效管理机制的根本措施,树立新的用人导向是建立长效管理机制的关键,提高乡镇干部自身素质是建立长效管理机制的保证。
The leaders at the level of the township do not put their whole heart into their work, which is the main issue. In order to arouse their enthusiasm and initiative, a long-effect mechanism of administration must be built to keep the team stable and promote its development. This paper suggests that the main task is to enhance the development of the cause of the township leaders, while the fundamental method is to establish an evaluation mechanism in a scientific way. It is also proposed that the key to build a long-effect mechanism is to set a new orientation of recruiting leaders, meanwhile to improve the self-qualifications of the township leaders.
