摘要
太极图的种类很多,但以流行的标准太极图为最美。它是一种圆形的美、曲线的美、平衡对称的美、和谐有序静态的美。与之相较,古太极图包含着不和谐因素,充满剧烈的流动感,呈现出柔中有刚、静中有动的壮美风貌。从古太极图到流行的太极图,大体反映了我国唐以前壮美为理想(不是没有优美)、晚唐以降日益转向以优美为主潮(不是没有壮美)的历史发展过程。美中蕴真,太极图蕴含着深刻的理性内容,可以说是简明的形象的世界观,直观的方法论。
Among all kinds of Taiji Icons passed down the popularly-adopted standard Taiji Icon is the most beautiful. Its beauty lies in its circular curve, its balance and its static harmony and order. While the ancient Taiji Icon contains conflicting eliments with obvious dynamic impression. It was a symbol of Grandeur Beauty with hardness in softness and dynamics in static. The transition from the ancient Taiji Icon to the popular standard Taiji Drawing embodied the process of Chinese aesthetic ideal evolving from Grandeur Beauty (not without exquisite) represented by the arts before Tang Dynasty to the Exquisite Beauty (not without grandeur) since late Tang Dynasty as its main trend. Truth conceived in beauty, the Taiji Icon reflects the rationality of Chinese people; in other words, in the Taiji Icon are condensed the imagenative world outlook and instinctive methodology of Chinese people.
