摘要
随着我国经济转型和体制转轨,作为三大生产要素之一的劳动力市场逐渐发育。本文首先提出我国劳动力市场主要指标体系,然后探讨劳动力市场地域分异规律,进而分析失业率和工资收入区域差异的形成机理。最后,提出缩小劳动力市场区域差距的对策建议。
With the economic transforming and systemic change of China,labor market which among the three factor of production is developing gradually.In this article,firstly,the system of index how to measure the regional difference of labor market in integra-tion is put forward.Secondly,the difference of each of labor mar-ket indexes among provinces and three zones is studied.Thirdly,it is pointed out that the main factors causes spatial differences of labor market.Finally,some advices are given to reduce the re-gional difference of labor market.
