摘要
对铜矿峪矿精矿中的二氧化硅含量变化原因进行了分析 ,认为造成铜精矿中二氧化硅含量变化的原因是原矿性质发生了变化 ,不同性质的矿石 ,其铜精矿中二氧化硅含量不同 ,对于伴生高含量黄铁矿的黄铜矿 ,添加石灰可以降低铜精矿中的二氧化硅含量 ;原矿中铜矿物主要是斑铜矿时 ,由于其嵌布粒度较细 ,一段磨矿作业很难使其达到充分单体解离 ,工业试验证明添加石灰的办法不可行 ,为此作者提出了解决精矿中二氧化硅含量高问题的一些措施和办法。
This article analyzes the conditions which cause the variation of the content of silicon dioxide in copper concentrate of Tongkuangyu Mine. The authors draw a conclusion that the properties of copper ore affect the content of silicon dioxide in its copper concentrate . As for copper pyrites which contains a large amount of iron pyrites the content of silicon dioxide in copper concentrate can be reduced by the means of adding lime. If the copper ore is mainly composed of bornite, it is difficult to separate simple substance from the bornite through the first ore grinding operation because the grain size is extremely fine. The industrial experiments have proved that the method of adding lime is not feasible, so we propose some other methods to solve the problem.
