摘要
电流变流体是一种智能软物质,圆盘式电流变传动机构是电流变技术的主要应用领域.利用时间序列模型,对 电流变传动机构的动态模型进行理论和实验研究.提出用时间序列模型和功率谱密度,来确定实际系统的动态参数.测 试和控制过程采用NI虚拟仪器构建的系统自动进行,这是一个通用的动力学实验平台.
The electrorheological (ER) fluid is a kind of intelligent softmalter. The plate- type actuators utilizing ER fluids is mainly applied fields of ER technology. Theoretical and experimental studies were conducted on analysis of dynamic model of the plate actuator by using the lime series model proposed herein. When a white noise interferes with the rotary disc system, a time series model and the power spectral density are put forward for determining the dynamic parameters of the real system. The measurement and control processes are automatically carried out on the universal dynamic mechanical experiment plate based on NI virtual system.
