摘要
经研究笔者认为,导致刺楸气干种子深休眠的主要原因,是胚发育不完全,未能完成形态成熟。采用适宜的温度进行沙藏,以先15℃、后5℃的阶段变温处理种子,可促进胚的形态成熟,打破休眠,促使种子发芽。若以稀盐酸浸种,则效果更好。
The major reason for the deep dormancy of Kaiopanax septemiobus seed was that embryo didn't develop well to mature in morphology.Dormancy of inmature embryo could be broken by stratification with such varied temperature as from 15 ℃ to 5 ℃.The seeds,coaked in the dilute Hcl acid before stratification,will complete dormancy and germinate easily.
