摘要
本研究采用化学沉淀法制备超细二盐基亚磷酸铅粉体,讨论了各种因素对二盐基亚磷酸铅颗粒度的影响。利用透射电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪和X射线衍射仪等分析手段对粉体进行了表征。结果表明选择合适的反应介质、分散剂及搅拌速度可以得到粒径280nm左右的二盐基亚磷酸铅超细粉体。
Liquid phase precipitation method is applied to prepare ultra-fine dibasic lead phosphite powder. Different factors affecting the diameter of dibasic lead phosphite particle are discussed. Its microstructure is analyzed by transition electron microscope, laser granulometry, and X-ray diffractometer. It shows, for suitable reaction liquid, stir velocity, and dispersant agent, ultra-fine dibasic lead phosphite powder about 280nm in diameter can be synthesized.
