摘要
目的 观察角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 26例(26眼)复发性翼状胬肉患者接受角膜缘干细胞移植并随访观察8～12月。结果 26例均恢复良好,无胬肉复发。结论 角膜缘干细胞移植是一种有效的治疗复发性翼状胬肉的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of limbal stem cell transplantation for recurrent pterygium. Methods 26 cases (26 eyes)of recurrent pterygium were performed limbal stem cell transplantation and were followed up for 8 to 12 months. Resuts At the ends of follow up, all cases recovered well and no pterygium recurrence took place. Conclusion Limbal stem cell transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
